This is a full-time Content Marketing Manager role who will be responsible for growing our social media channels (IG, Pinterest, Linkedin), coming up with effective marketing campaigns and manage end to end execution of our marketing plans.
The Specialist will be based out of our dispatch centre in New Delhi.
What you will do
- Plan and present marketing calendar for the year (one quarter at a time)
- Establish brand tone for marketing communication which includes visual communication.
- Research and create content relevant to the marketing strategy for each digital channel (e.g. long form b2b oriented content for Linked in vs D2C engagement marketing for IG)
- Maintain & present social calendar at least 2 weeks in advance, get approvals and post content as per mutually agreed timelines
- Plan engagement across social channels (or through physical campaigns) by dedicating time to comment, reshare and genuinely engage with the community.
- Research & build collaborations with relevant brands & influencers. Associations with the right brand can elevate our brand and offer something for all parties involved.
- Design and execute end to end marketing campaigns (online/ offline).
- For e.g. designing campaigns for valentine’s day, mothers day and overseeing execution across digital (or physical) channels.
- Create content and adapt it based on which channels should be used for which use case; awareness, sales, feedback etc (IG posting, emailers, whatsapp communication etc)
- Collecting data post execution to see efficacy of the campaign and room for improvement.
- Maintain trackers to monitor relevant engagement metrics across digital channels (IG / Linked in). TBD periodically with management and take corrective action based on data / insights
What you will need
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills; both English & Hindi
- Experience in creating visual content and should be comfortable being featured in the brand's video content
- 2-3 years Experience in Social Media Marketing
- Understanding of Notion and willingness to learn this simple tool.
