What you build: Manage and scale business operations for Delhi NCR through our dispatch centre. Take a data first approach to optimising each business process from assembly to dispatch / logistics.

You’ll work directly with the founders & take complete ownership and build a startup from 1-10 & further.

What you will do

• Optimize operations for the business including setting up MIS reporting and managing the following functions
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management (timely dispatch and deliveries)
  • Workplace management (workspace, team management)
  • Tracking Net Promoter Score
  • Customer Relationship Management
• Prepare, analyse and share periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes in the store workflow or related processes.
• Prepare a detailed Standard Operating Procedure Guidebook for business operations in consultations with management.
• Ensure interactions with customers are given utmost priority and any open loops are closed within a defined turnaround time.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Create a healthy and encouraging work environment by promoting the sharing of ideas for best practices and taking out time for team building exercises regularly.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensuring that the workshop and storage spaces are well-maintained, hygienic and visually appealing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
• Showcase and execute strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Ideating for and executing a B2B sales strategy along with the founders to drive business growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Salary range is 7-9 LPA
